  • This plugin was on a site I took over so don’t have the actual install files – how can I update it to 3.1.1 without access to the dashboard that 3.1 blocks?
    Thanks in advance!

Thanks, I hope it does too!

I’ve got a few developer friends that are looking into the PHP side whilst I look into making the whole experience more user friendly, so hopefully will get there soon!

Thanks again for all your help

    Hi Jason,

That is a good idea – provide a PDF that they can complete and save and upload along with their artwork.
I think the “customer experience” would be better if they can do it all online, some people get turned away by anything deemed as “effort”! It could, however, be the alternative for now.
I was going to send them the link i shared with you earlier post order so that they can fill it in once they’ve ordered, just putting in their order reference or something so i can match it manually for now.

Thanks again for all your help and ideas

    Thank you very much Jason.

I thought that may be the case and have been looking into it myself but it’s a bit above my skill set!

Ideally as well it’d be great if it was automated so if the customer has chosen 15 shirts, 15 lines to enter information appear, if 10 shirts, then 10 lines etc.

I’m sure it’s possible and have seen some sites with similar functionality in the past.

Many thanks, will share once I find something so you can see.

Thanks for getting back to me Jason.

The uploading is great, thank you – I can do that it’s more putting the order form between the cart/checkout page so that people can add individual information.

For example if they order 15 shirts, I need to know different sizes, names, numbers to be put on them etc as well as uploading bits like you mentioned!

    Any ideas?

    Thanks again!
