And, I know you can’t offer support, but maybe you could just answer a yes or no question for me? If I delete the older version, will the rates I had put in there still be available when I install the new version? I assume they’re kept in the database, but wanted to be sure before I went on that adventure.

And I did make a ticket yesterday, but no one had responded to me yet over there. I’ll try to reinstall the plugin to see if that forces it to update. Everything tells me all my plugins are up to date, so not sure what’s going on there.

Well crap, I clicked update this morning to 2.6.2 and it still says 2.2.2….

Ok, so I disabled a Bundle Rate Shipping plugin and things are starting to come back to normal.

When I go to the Shipping Zones area of woocommerce, my zones aren’t showing up anymore still, but now I get an error:

Fatal error: Class ‘WC_Shipping_Table_Rate’ not found in /home/xxx/public_html/wp-content/plugins/woocommerce-table-rate-shipping-2/shipping-table-rate.php on line 862

Ok, so I disabled that and am getting now this error:

And the blank page shows:

So, the problem is when I install the debug toolbar it vanishes when I go to the settings page. Like, it’s a completely blank page. When I go to the shopping cart the admin toolbar for wordpress is completely gone, too. But if I click “Home” it appears again. So, I can’t get debugging information on the pages that are broken.

This is happenign to me, too.

As an aside, has anyone been to woothemes.com ? All i see is a 502 Bad Gateway message. weird.

Hmm, I thought this was the support ticket. Where else do I submit the problem?

So what would be the easiest way to do this? If I transfer the database to keep all of what I have and just change the site name in the config file will it work? ‘Cause I tried to do that but it just keeps redirecting me to the current (main) site’s dashboard when I login on the wholesale.mysite.com address.

I did, and when I click the new site in there, it just goes to my main domain’s login page and won’t let me get to the backend of the subdomain.

I’ll post a thread over in the multi site.

Thanks. I added the network and second site, but when I click to get to the dashboard of the new site, it just directs me to login and brings me to the dashboard for my current top level site…
