And to confirm, I just need the https://www.xadapter.com/product/woocommerce-usps-shipping-plugin-with-print-label/ plugin with the WebToolsHookID correct?

Tried disabling all of the plugins besides the two and still didn’t work. And I am not getting an error when I click on the product. The problem is when I click on the product the page reloads and it just brings me back to the same screen.
