Thank you for the reply. They are not in spam or junk mail. I did check there before submitting a ticket. Is there something else?

Note that I also tried the TO field with only one email and the FROM field was at times my company email and the gmail account. None of these worked.

I edited out the actual URL info above.

Again, Flamingo is saving the emails. Not sure if that is related.

I get “Thank you for reaching out to us. Your message has been sent.” when I submit a test.

Same for us as well. Also if there is too much text to appear within the space the popup appears mostly off screen at the top.
