I am having the same problem. Help!

using “url” instead of “tracks” makes the player show up like it should. HOWEVER,
Now all links (there will be MANY on this page) play the 1st track from the 1st link instead of the one referenced in the shortcake for each.

Here’s a sample of my code:

I sang [audio url="MeyersonWagnerBrangaene.mp3" title="Brang?ne in <em>Tristan und Isolde</em>" autoplay="y" images="true"] with him. I got to sing it with others, much later, but it never held the same magic.

THIRD LINK (on the same page) ALSO PLAYS MAHLER, BUT IT SHOULD PLAY BERNSTEIN:
Another standout moment was singing his [audio url="https://meyer.yourtype.com/wp-content/uploads/2015/03/MeyersonBernsteinJeremiah.mp3" title="Jeremiah Symphony"].

BUT what I *really* want is not to show the grey box around my “Click here to play” text. I want plain hyperlinked text to initiate the popout player. Is this possible?

I am having the same problem. Please advise how I can address this ASAP!

I also tried to create a child theme for Theron-Lite and after only creating a style.css for the child (no styles, just importing the parent styles and setting the header) it broke the site. Do some themes prevent you from doing a child theme?

I am having the same problem. Also, my media library is empty. I have copied over my database, updated the URLs, copied the wp-admin, wp-content, and wp-includes folders to my new server. What am I missing?
