Turns out I was using the built in WP Contact Form… Sorry, I wasn’t using CF7.

After messing with it and some custom JS a bunch, I finally settled for just using the simple template, and this custom CSS: https://ccchico.com/wp-content/themes/ccc-duena/gce.css
