Strangely the achievement will register when the URL is included in the button shortcode if it is clicked on mobile. Still can’t get it to register when the URL is included on the desktop site.

Your code did the trick – thanks so much for taking the time to help me out, its greatly appreciated. For any future readers you just put that CSS in the in the “Additional CSS” tab on the customize screen.

If you have a snippet that would help I’d very much appreciate it, I’ve partially migrated the site to twentytwentythree theme but that brings a number of new issues which I am struggling with as well so I’d love to stay with seedlet if possible.

Yes that is something I’ve tried, the problem I’ve encountered with that approach is that the group expands but the accordion block is unchanged within the group. This may end up being a theme problem after all, I’ve been running into similar trouble with some other blocks, for example columns not expanding properly either.
