Hi @nathanmwalters,
I’m sorry you had this experience with our plugin. We’re always available for support, even for the free version, so you shouldn’t have hesitated.
If there’s anything we can do to ease your experience with WP Mobile Pack, please let us know and we’ll do our best. However, please notice that the scope of WP Mobile Pack 2.0+ has chanced compared to the previous … In other words, the comparison is not that relevant.
@sammymaudlin glad you like the mobile theme.
However, WP Mobile Pack comes with device detection functionality by default. Not sure I understand what you tried to do, but I just hope you found a solution ??
Let me know if you need anything else from us.
Hey @mrdezgn,
That’s actually something we’re working on: we’re currently implementing a new app-theme that will be centered around pages rather than articles/posts. It will be available in the PRO version starting 15th of November.
Hi Aamir,
1. Yes, Credits is removed in the paid version.
2. This is not yet an option, but we can help you “hack” something out ??
If you have other specific questions, you can reach out to [email protected]. I would hurry if I were you because we have 15% OFF until the end of October using this link: https://www.appticles.com/wordpress-mobile-pack-pro.html?code=5f5ac723adb7b52166d34167ca22cbc7
Hi @sammymaudlin,
Sorry you had this issue, but something doesn’t seem to add up: our app themes are for smartphones only, not for desktop.
Maybe you are using an older version of WordPress. Please notice, we’re supporting WP 3.5+
You can also contact us directly at [email protected] with the specific issues you’re having.
Hey @devkbsc,
Unfortunately we don’t support contact forms. However, here’s a nice tutorial on a different approach you might want to consider for your mobile users: https://support.appticles.com/hc/en-us/articles/203264071-How-to-replace-contact-forms-with-click-to-call-links-for-your-mobile-application
Hey @nachorfm, can you activate the plugin? Let me know once you did that and I’ll check to see what’s wrong with it…
Hey @helsinki,
As per our private conversation on [email protected] I understand that you figured it out, right? Could you please explain what you did for other users to know if they bump into the same issue?
Appreciated!
@nachorfm what’s your URL? Could you please activate the WP Mobile Pack (just for a few moments) so I can try to debug and get back to you with a fix?
It would seem that you have issues with one of your caching plugins. Check this out: https://support.appticles.com/hc/en-us/articles/201795202-Optimizing-Cache-Plugins-for-Wordpress-Mobile-Pack
Please carefully follow those steps. If you still encounter problems, a couple of screenshots might help us understand what’s going on.
Hey man, I understand the issue now: categories are Cyrillic and we need to find a mechanism to “translate” those into Latin URLs. Just like you have on your site.
We’re researching this and we’ll get back to you with a fix.
Hey @e-krukov, could you please let me know what’s your blog’s URL? I’ll gladly have a look and suggest an approach to fix this …
Currently the plugin is directly linked with your site’s Pages and Posts. However, you suggestion is valid and we’re going to include it in one of our next releases.
Thanks for your feedback!
Hi @Naterr,
Would you mind sending over your blog URL? I’d love to see it for myself and suggest an approach.
Hi @cristiandvd,
Thanks for reaching out. Yes, it would seem there’s an issue with HTMLPurifier library. We’re currently working on a fix and will let you know these days what are the files that you need to replace.
Appreciate your patience with this!
