I think that’s a great use case. However, depending on how you want to use it, you also need integration of WP Mobile Pack with The Events Calendar.

WP Mobile Pack doesn’t work out of the box with membership plugins. If you have one that you really love, we can help out with the integration – although that’s a paid service we’re offering. Hope that makes sense.

You can simply uninstall it like you’d uninstall any other plugin. From what you’re describing it seems you might have some sort of caching plugin that’s delaying your rendering.

What you’re reporting makes absolutely no sense. If you uninstall and removed the plugin, then obviously it should have reverted back to you responsive desktop theme. Perhaps you have some sort of caching plugins that are causing delays.
