In reply to: [WP Docs] Support and Pro VersionThat is the problem. My SQL doesn’t know difference. I feel you did not read my attachment. That is the problem. After renaming to “Bug”, I cannot delete. I say OK to warning Do you want to delete this directory and data as well?” it does not delete folder and data inside folder.
To recreate, create a folder named “Test & Copy”.
Add a file inside, named “04-21 H&I Minutes”. (these are the names of files from the Memphis Docs import on the file server.)
Try to delete folder, doesn’t work. Go inside folder and delete file. That works. Now delete folder. Doesn’t work. Rename to Test Copy. Now it deletes.
It is because MySQL data does not match file name because it look for “04-21 H&I Minutes” file name and not “04-21 H&I Minutes” Can’t delete file inside folder, doesn’t delete folder.

In reply to: [WP Docs] Moving multiple files at one timeI did notice a bug in folder and file names.? Any file or folder names with an ampersand “&”?in the name will not delete or open. The & character?is stored as?the HTML equivalent.? For instance,?Conventions & Events Subcommittee (C&E) is actually stored as?
To delete this folder you have to Edit it first and rename it to remove the HTML equivalent. Except that it does not stay as an ampersand. It reverts to the HTMP Equivalent. This bug needs to be fixed.
Thanks for the response. My host had to put a PTR record in to wnirna.org and that fixed it.

In reply to: [WP Docs] Import Memphis Docs bug$htaccess = file_get_contents(‘/path/to/.htaccess’);
$htaccess = str_replace(‘Deny from all’, “#Deny from all”, $htaccess);
file_put_contents(‘/path/to/.htaccess’, $htaccess);Again, not a PHP developer but this should work. Don’t know how to recurse path. I would test first,

In reply to: [WP Docs] Import Memphis Docs bugI did provide solution. Do not delete .htaccess file on Import. Instead, modify it and remove first line: Deny access all. Then Memphis Docs does not put new .htaccess file out in directory after WP Docs import.
As for the resource usage, I’ll see if my hosting company can setup user quotas.

In reply to: [WP Docs] Import Memphis Docs bugJust reporting what is happening. Our hosting company is investigating. I’ll post what they say the cause of the resource overload was.
I have 31 years in IT department on different platforms. I am well aware of what is possibly the cause and what poorly designed database queries can do. If there is a minimum resource requirement it should be stated. At the least the free version is not using Ajax server calls so there is that.
I think to sites ran the import at the same time during peak hours.
