Sorry can you please elaborate a bit more. From the code you pointed out i.e. on L324 is what I worked out as to where this string is generated, however how do I change it without affecting the original file in the woocommerce structure (due to upgrades).

You mentioned applying filter to this function… how do you do this and does this code sit in my child theme? Any example you can share please?

Thx for replying back.
Couple of things:
I included your code to my own functions.php in my child theme and I can see a white bar right at the top of storefront home page. I was not sure whether I put the rest of the style code in my version of style.css, which I did anyway and re-run. I can see ‘Welcome username’ in the top bar when I select & highlight the whole of the top bar, but none of the style takes effect. Where do I put the css code?

Secondly I really did not want to create separate bar on top of the page but was hoping I could append this ‘Welcome username’ to the existing top-menu that already exist for the theme.

Any ideas on this please?

I have simillar issue to one explained here, however because of Taxes enabled in my case (shown in image below), I want to get rid of the overridging bulk discount applied to column under “single (incl VAT)”. This is wrong for me. Anyone come acoss this problem and have a solution?

PS: how do I add an image here please?

I found the file; made a local copy; inserted your die function at 11 locations and just at the start of ALL if and elseif statements.

When I tried to start wordpress project I immediatedly got ‘E:\wamp64-306\www\evcom\wp-content\plugins\woocommerce-pdf-invoices\includes\admin\settings\class-bewpi-admin-settings-template.php:19:null’ on the FireFox tab.

Looked at line number 19:
Line 18: if ( ! class_exists( ‘BEWPI_Template_Settings’ ) ) {
Line 19: die( var_dump( $post ) );

I tried again and I used the ‘same’ image I shared with you on dropbox. I also moved this image to a simple path, to avoid and white space, characters etc. This is the path I used: ‘D:\Temp\vc1.png’, as this testing is on locathost and D drive is just a second drive

Obviously when I hit Save btn, I don’t see the text box as the Save btn is at the bottom of the page and then after process finishes, the page jumps to the start of your Template tab. When I scroll down back to ‘Company logo’ box it is empty. I don’t see any error messages popping during this process

So here is my input and also a que for you that I have asked several times (indirectly), but no ‘direct’ answer from you.

I have done what you asked…deleted…reinstalled your plugin and exactly the same problem!
I can also assure you that I am quite savvy with images, opacity, variations, etc. and none of these issues applies to my problem.

Now my que: On your side you obviously have this all working. My question to you is that in your plugin; under Template tab; under Company Logo option; once you have selected your media, whether it is a local directory path or actual internet URL AND saved the page. Do you see the path displayed correctly in the selection box? Because after save the path disappears in my side and this does NOT look normal to me

I am not sure about encode 64bit so I guess I don’t have this as I checked function.php file and searched for relevant words but found none.

I sending you status report from my localhost server. I have tested both main server and localserver and the missing logo exist on both

I tried resizing what I just send you and even at 100x60px the size is 25KB (which is quite decent)

You need to find a solution to this otherwise I don’t think this will work!

Where do I check status of the order?

Basically I want the PDF to get emailed once the customer has “succesfully” paid for the item. Que is does your “free” plugin get a acknolgement back from payment method and trigger an automatic email with PDF as attachment?

This is my brief from my other thread:

No matter what type of image I select (jpg or png) the logo image will not be stored. The “Browse…” btn keeps showing “No file selected”. I have selected a correct image type and then saved the page but nothing appears on the PDF page. Tried several different images with same results.

However can I keep the second issue ie:

2-PDF invoice does get generated (minus the logo as stated above), but when my customer pay for the goods they do not get it emailed automatically. I have selected “Completed Order” & “Customer invoice” options. Should this not automatically go out, so what am I doing wrong?

Can you answer this please in this thread?

Just to add to this user posting.
I have just downloaded the latest plugin and I have latest of all plugin, but I simply cannot save JPG/JPEG or PNG format.

As soon as I save the “Browse…” btn shows “No file selected”. My guess is that when it works correctly you would see the file name instead

Shame good plugin to move away from …any chance of fix soon?

To be perfectly honest I got so used to doing these steps, that I don’t bother doing it the ‘norm’ way anymore ??
