In reply to: [WordPress REST API Authentication] Excellent Remote Support from miniOrangeI purchased an Essential version of the miniOrange for $199 on Feb 4th 2025 2;30AM. Then realizing that the free version is sufficient for my need, I asked to cancel the purchase and refund on the same day Feb 4th 2025 12:00 AM. Yet I received a reply that refund is not possible and they would offer 3 year license for the $199 I paid. The miniOrange website clearly states
“You will be able to claim refund only if the request has been raised within 10 days from the date of purchase, only under the following circumstances:
a) if the software or the features you have purchased is not working as advertised on the website/ marketplace and you have attempted to resolve the issues with our support team;
b) you have purchased the wrong license or Xecurify/miniOrange product and informed us within a period of 10 days from your purchase; Please read more about the Refund Policy.”I certainly purchased a wrong license and requested for refund within the same day, and yet was refused. More than anything, this behavior by miniOrange to me feels odd and very much against the spirit of the WP community. So I say “Buyer Beware”

Still not fixed. This is very irresponsible.
It worked! All the error lines are gone. Thank you so much for your help. I insisted on using your SPIN360 from the beginning and now all of our staff are your hardcore supporters.
It is much better. I used to get 9 lines of error messages but they are gone now. Now I am getting 3 new lines of errors, which I believed is related to zoom. Here are the error messages. Thank you.

I cannot even roll back to 2.3.8 because if I do, the Elementor Pro gets deactivated.
I am using Ocean WP theme. What is the problem?I called Godaddy to increase the PHP memory to 512M from 256M, and it took care of the error and now I am getting the Ticket > products.
Now I need to buy your add-on for the time tracker and the paid ticket. Can I get a call on this or not really?We have 5000+ items in the WC.
Where do I go to turn on or off the product syncing?I turned on the debug and it says the following error:

With the Woocommerce activated, when I click on Ticket > products, after a long wait, I get
“This page isn’t working bcecltd.com is currently unable to handle this request.
HTTP ERROR 500”I just found that Ticket > products opens when Woocommerce is deactivated. Otherwise is not opening. Is there a solution for this? I am using Ocean WP.
Perhaps I am not out of the woods yet. After the setting opened, I just tried to open sub-options and all open up fine except for the products.
Now I would like someone to call me so I can purchase the your paid support version and the time tracker. 562-777-1850 x4.
