@steve: Yeah, I’m redesigning the plugin UI, it will be easier to use somehow, and provide “just in time” video or link to documentation right in the plugin, that will help user go to exactly where they want to read.

@james: Your suggestion helped me a lot today, thinking in the brighter way, those reviews pushed me to redesign the plugin UI, and in the future, if I do it well, I will have 5 stars from the others, it will make up for the current one!

I have another question, the plugin detail page seem to be cached on WP’s server, like the rich snippet start rating, even when going to the review detail page, it’s 3 stars, but on Google index still 1.5, like caching, even visit the page still show 1.5.

I understand and thank you for reminding of contacting user outside the forum.

The point is, if it’s a problem coming from the plugin (like source code error, or doesn’t work at all), I accept that review.

But I already wrote the documentation, and we have the support forum, can answer immediately if they ask, all free for a free product. Then, they didn’t use

My plugin can’t serve who want instant-noddle-plugin, that help them solve their rush project immediately!

So, I think in a specific situation like this, can we proceed to delete those review?

Because no matter how I respond, the rating in low star just appear on Google Search, and of course as you said, will make you think “oh ok, 1 star, I won’t bet my site on this plugin”, it’s something like this. No matter how powerful my plugin is!

In the form setting, at “result styling” tab, you will see the templates, you will click on the image to select the template you want. Then save the form setting, it will work!
