Hi- resolved this item with some other queries

Siobhan- All of this was great advise, and I think its resolved for each slide and each mode.
It also has been loading the images no problem on mobiles (both mine and other friends) since – so I guess that was a glitch/ slow connection which now isn’t an issue.

hmmm, I just checked my site, through my personal mobile telephone (iphone) and the whole site is viewing black- no images at all.
appreciate some feedback on this if anyone can.

Ive ended up figuring out CSS myself without my (very busy) friend. Hopefully ive done it correctly using wordpresses “Edit CSS” page- seems to be working and Ive taken a copy and copied it out into Word and notebook just incase.
Sadly, I couldn’t deal with the whole child thing you suggested. Ive avoided the issue altogether by making the small title in the top corner into a larger title, so my company name is clear and bold, and I don’t need the secondary disappearing title that the theme had.

2 ways to skin a cat!

PS, Id be quite comfortable, and it if it is easier, for the image to the left aligned in all 3 modes including the general computer monitor mode.

If it is not possible, I guess I can always mirror the image, But id prefer not to do this.

Hi all . Ive resolved the issue by using the widgets page as my contact page. Killed 2 birds with one stone, as the separate contacts page was looking pretty out of proportion, and was also on my to fix list

Hi Siobahn, so the widgets page, is the 4th image down on the front homepage. The home page is the nice set of slider images you initally see when you go to my site. Harmonics template is a little odd in that it calls each of the individual images a “page” even tho it isn’t. At the moment the widget image/page shows some tools hanging on a rack, and I have turned all the widget links off. In turning off the widgets off Ive ended up with a thinner image, but if there is any way to increase it without turning them back on that would be great.
