Also i just created a new test ‘post’, and left a comment which can be viewed by admin and my test user account.

Sorry for the delay, I didn’t get a notification that anyone had replied to this. I’m just looking at this again, so the user can leave a ‘reply’ on the document but it just doesn’t display under the document and says there are ‘no comments’. However, as an Admin i can see everything including the comments that were left. Really strange, everything is approved in the backend there are no restrictions on comments. It’s clearly a permission issue but i just don’t know where to fix.

Sorry, it was a compatibility issue with another plugin as your FAQ’s clearly points to (SORRY! failed to read prior to my post). I’m not very good with PHP script and couldn’t get the fix to work, however, i used another plugin (menu icon) that you mentioned on your update notes instead and that worked fine. Thanks again.
