When you select NOTE TO CUSTOMER an email with the message is sent to customer.
When you select PRIVATE NOTE, the message is only posted on order page.
Try again, I am 100% sure about what I am saying. If an email is not sent, your shop has a problem.

hello, I still haven’t found a solution without plugin.
Maybe I should add a widget or stick a “page” at the bottom of all products, butt i would have to copy the latest reviews manually on this page.

The plugin works as an interface to an external service for verification of customer reviews. The service called CR (Customer Reviews) facilitates collection of reviews from customers.

Would it be possible to “Stick” a page to all products pages ? Then at the bottom of all products we would see the list of latest reviews (even if I have to find a way to have the reviews posted copied to this single page)

I agree, a different website for each country is the best if you really care SEO. But if you expect to sell a lot because of SEO you are wrong. Nowadays only paid marketing brings revenue. So maybe having different websites for different countries is a waste of time, because at the end you will have to pay to advertise if you want to sell. Not saying that different websites for different countries are useless, but they just take too much time to maintain.
