    @passoniate thank you for your help!

    I exported without problems, when I went to import I had to increase the size that was possible to import. I added the Big File Uploads plugin to increase the size to 3 GB and set it to import. But it was a whole day and it didn’t go over 0%

    What can I do?

    @lcf?yes it is not accessible only with pass and user. It is supposed to become a page within the charm.pt website how do I do it?

    the customer chose partial payment and paid the first installment but the website does not update and continues to say ‘awaiting payment confirmation’
