I had to push the email to send manually. My newsletters are not sending now that I’ve added the cron job. It just sits in the queue with the message “The last batch of emails should start sending automatically in the next few minutes.” but never sends.

Can someone help me with the cron frequency question (quoted below)?

– I used the frequency recommended in the faq – run every 5 minutes
– In my mailpoet settings I’m using the recommended frequency of sending emails at 70/hour.
– Do these need to match? Is it ok to use the cron frequency of every 5 minutes and the send frequency of 70 per hour?

I published a new post 4 hours ago and it hasn’t sent out.

I was able to save my settings now, I think the “Security failure during request” error is only intermittent.

@nehagrover027 No, sorry. I decided to use the plugins GravityView and GravityPDF instead.

We went with gravityview, and it works great!

I just sent a test message to all users (fake users right now, still in testing), and it popped up as a notice under my header, instead of coming through as a message.

I have this problem too. I have a log in form embedded on my homepage, I’m not using the standard wp-login page. Is there anything I can do to make this work?

Everything is good now. I noticed in one of your other comments on another thread that php version 5.2 is no longer supported by you, so I had bluehost upgrade me to 5.4. It works now. Thanks!

I have this same problem. Here is the full error I’m seeing:

Thanks for the response. I’ll find another way to do this.

I was having an issue with DNT not working on my site, and the issue was with DIVI theme. I had to update my theme to the most recent version and now everything works again.
