@axmann I am taking this issue over to WP everest. Even with my optimization plugin uninstalled, I continue to get the error so it is definitely a user registration issue. I can let you know what they say when they respond to me if you would like.

I have my WP Rocket deactivated and its actually still doing it, too, except this time only redirecting twice instead of 3 times.

Me too! Just a few days ago when it was working perfectly.

I deducted that it was being caused by two plugins, Google Site Kit and WP Rocket. Google Site Kit I can do without, but the WP Rocket I want to keep. Do you have a optimization plugin?

I am going back and forth with WP Rocket (best customer support) and they will surely find me an answer that I will share with you if optimization plugins is your case.

Oh yes, I forgot to mention when I go to edit the form or delete it, it says Form deletion failed.
