I had the same problem and came to post about it.
The solution works for me too.
Back to it. There was another such spam bot and they had time to post in the forum. From your description, there is no way to “flag” them as spam from the WP site itself and I always have to go to the CleanTalk website to “flag” them?
Thanks. I’ll set all those and see how it goes for the next few days.
Thanks. Deleting the wp-content/wflogs?folder seems to have done the trick.
Thanks for clarifying. It was just not clear that the “Expiry Action” on the left had to be selected.
May I suggest that the active tab on the left be bolded or highlighted in some way?
It is ok, I was able to get help directly from the site for FluentCRM.
I had to add some CSS in order to get the images to show up larger than a thumbnail.
I only added this to my theme:
#TB_window {
width: 100% !important;
max-width: 700px !important;
}Now, it shows ok.

In reply to: [Name Directory] Some items are cut offI am “allergic” to css. Would you be able to either show me what to do or where to find that css code?

In reply to: [Name Directory] Some items are cut offIs there a way to have the names linked? It would be exactly what I need then.

In reply to: [Name Directory] Some items are cut offI found a simple solution: add a blank line and everything shows as it should.
Thanks. I probably will install that on my live site now.I read today that this MIGHT be a chrom-ish issue:
https://blog.chromium.org/2020/02/protecting-users-from-insecure.html
I will be testing futher, but that would explain why only the shortened links were affected and since it is a gradual roll-out, it also would explain why it worked for some people and not for others.To the author of this plugin: if this is a fact, you might want to add a self-check or a warning of this for the users, otherwise, it might look like it is the plugin’s fault.
