on 2. We have switched to plain text and not html as it fills our posts with all the styles that the original email has (it’s press releases and media usually use about 3 different formats in a single email so it’s a pain in the neck to format it on WordPress) but is the html option the only way to keep the formats? We will test html option again.

3 and 4. Thank you very much we have it now running as it should.

5. we’ve noticed that only half of the text gets received on WordPress although the emails have the full text. Are you aware of this issue and how to solve it?

If we could modify the file it would be awesome but we don’t have the tab Plugin File Editor on our Tools. I even checked on my other websites where I’m super admin and still it doesn’t show up. For now we just want to make the Slider Height property to always be on Auto Height if possible.

Yesterday when I saw your message I run a couple of tests straight away and yep I’ve confirmed that it was due to the plugin that was modified on the same day (Imagify) as the issues started. I’ve been in contact ever since with them to try to have them fix the modifications that they did.

I will keep you updated if anything comes up on your side.

We haven’t added any plugin or theme recently. In fact it started to do this just before I had another issue to work on the site that was related to other plugin (Imagify) that was a smaller issue (a page in the Back office wasn’t showing up properly) and the support theme of it was aware it was a recurrent issue that their users have been reporting, but to solve it we only edited a specific file inside that plugin’s folder, so I don’t think the two are related.

This is all that happened but if you’ve any question or remember anything that might be the issue and that I can help you confirm it from my side, to help you fix this as soon as possible, I’ll glad to help and will be checking this Thread every few hours.

I would like some support and assistance. I don’t think we will keep using UR Image Slider if I don’t get some answers ’til the end of this week for the lack of support in this situations.

Sorry it’s been some really busy days and I’ven’t even logged in my computer recently but I manage to get the file out from my office. I’ll send you right away.

As for the mobile concern, I’ve no experience with development myselft, but I kind of have the idea that the users could select the words on the grid by draggin their fingers and if they selected the word just right, it would stand out in the same colored round circle as it does in the desktop version.

Dear CCprog, I’ve already finished translating crosswordseach to portuguese and I would be glad to share it with you.

Also, I’d like to ask if there’s any chance this plugin could be compatible with mobile devices. It sure would be addictive for the users to take this crosswords and solve them on the go.
