I issues have been solved. I didnt realize that their was an info link with you click on the user in the user list, that displays all info they sibmitted from the form.

As for the email submitted by email. it was my email client that was causing the info not to show. When the email is delivered via gmail for example all this info is present in the email.

Yes it is there;

Here is the submitted registration form:

But the email comes blank.

Also, when i user signs up. in the user list, there phone number and address does not show up either.

I need to know how to fix this issue as its urgent please!
