As usual, smugness is more readily available on the wordpress help forums than actual help.

I believe I’m 0/10 or so when seeking help on this boards for my site.

I will go elsewhere to find the solution for this problem, and I assure you it will not involve “fixing” 400 errors to get my sidebar aligned properly.

I don’t buy much into those validator sites.

Yahoo.com and CNN.com both fail as well. And they pay their web designers tad more than I do.

I had a look at that plugin, and I’m not sure it does what I need. (I’m not sure what it does at all actually).

Can it add my tracking code to every url?

I have many custom made features in my version of WP. Upgrading is not feasable at this time.

i see that askimet is catching spam comments. if i were to go and allow one of them, they post just fine.

yet if done manually, no good.

i disabled askimet. same problem.

I am able to post comments only because I’m logged in as administrator. As soon as I log out of wordpress dash, I can’t post either.

Must have something to do with permissions??

all was fine up till 2 weeks ago. my host has no idea, and like i said, i haven’t changed anything. can anyone tell me what files i should replace?
