Yeah that will definitely break it. Fastest fix is probably just upload the theme again through cpanel or ftp.

You won’t be able to access the front or the wp-admin until the theme is replaced/fixed.

Do you have access to FTP or Cpanel?

This almost definitely seems like a question for ipage. Do they have a phone number or support forum?

There are a lot of issues that can be causing this, almost all of them I think would be controlled by ipage.

Typically, for an installation of WordPress to be successful, if needs a few things:

• WordPress files in the directory of the site (or clever rewrites to access files)
• The url in the “general settings” of the wp-admin needs to be set to the url of the site.

I may be mistaken, but generally things like the “www” prefix concern DNS and configuration in .htaccess/nginx.conf and not so much in themes. But I may be wrong.

I could not find a “Suites” theme online, can you post a link?

What kind of error page do you get? 404?
Is this on a pre-existing site, that was working before, but now the theme is causing trouble? Or is it a brand new, additional site? Just trying to figure out what “normally” means.

A few questions.

What version are you on now?
Have you been update using the Automatic Updater before?
Do you have server access and know-how? May be a rights problem?
Where are you hosted?
Does updating manually work? via > /wp-admin/update-core.php and clicking on the blue button?

In Appearance > Theme Options > General you will see at the top an option for the header logo

An option like the header image is typically based on the theme, so you may not find a lot of help on this forum, which is about general installation.

You might find more specific help at the developer’s forum:

Otherwise, you might have some luck in the wp-admin > Appearance > Header section, or somewhere nearby. If it isn’t there, I’m not sure the theme will easily support it.

If I get a few minutes I will download and try it for myself.

Also, you stated “I can not use permalinks with post-names anymore.” Is this a fresh install or a conversion?

What happens when you try permalinks? Do you get a 404 or something else?
