Odd… it’s still not working on the site I referenced, but it is working on one of my other sites (also hosted by WP Engine).

I am having the same issue. I am using the Salient theme.

Correct – I gave up on WP Mega Menu and used Max Mega Menu instead.

shouldn’t take you more than a few minutes… just go into Appearance > Widgets and redo the footer ones

You could try getting rid of the footer widgets and re-entering them, but that would be a manual process. Good luck!

I see your contact info in the right side of the footer – are you looking to do something differently?

By the way – you do this in Appearance > Menus. You have to make a new menu and check the Secondary Navigation Menu box below after you create the menu.

Try this:

PHONE NUMBER
Add a (custom) link with a URL of sms://xxxxxxxxxx (with the x’s being the phone number). And the link text would be your phone number (xxx-xxx-xxxx).

EMAIL
Add a (custom) link with a URL of mailto:[email protected] (with the x’s being the email address). And the link text would be your email address ([email protected])

No – I have not heard from the plugin developer or anyone else yet on how to fix this issue.

You may want to try setting your layout to using “tables” under Options to see if that works. It didn’t work for me, but it got it a little bit closer.

I checked that box (it is still checked) and tried again, but the error page still shows up. I do not have any caching plugin active right now. Any other ideas?

But if you can’t recreate the floating image on your end – do not take anymore time looking in to it.
