Thanks for your response. I do not believe we are using any other caching solution or plugin. The Page Cache IS in enabled and the Disk: Enhanced is selected. Settings under Purge Policy are Front Page, Post page, Blog feed selected, Rss2 selected, 10 for purge limit and ([a-z0-9_\-]*?)sitemap([a-z0-9_\-]*)?\.xml for sitemaps. Thanks, even when on troubleshooting mode using Health Check, I am still seeing my normal theme even though Twenty Sixteen is the only visible theme. Very odd. All plugins are disabled as well and the problem still occurs. So does that mean it’s something in my theme?
