Hi I am using the free version. I used an add on which uses elementor with elementskit. However, the happiness engineer has said that it is not elementskit that is causing the problems it is elementor when I disable elementor my problems disappear but so does my footer. Could you help please?

Hi, I reached out to a developer from another plugin and whilst he said it was elementor causing the problem he offered the following code.

.elementor-kit-661 a {
color: #eee !important;
}

However, for some reason this rides codes in a multitude of plugins including max mega menu as well as the correct version of the woocommerce buttons. This makes the code unusable.

Could you please help with the problem of elementor overriding things that I have not given permission for it to override.

Hi I tried again this evening and it activated. The only problem was that I could not disable the ‘welcome to my website text. Thank you.

Yes the happiness engineer checked everything and said that he cannot see a reason for the plug-in to not be working. I have added css code to the customiser section but I have never edited the theme files directly.

I have a static page. I have removed it and password protected the site. The page we are discussing is the ‘about us’ page. The password is ‘bugfix’. You will only see the problem on safari. I appreciate your support on this matter.
