whith the original roles
all work fine but the vendor can’t see the tickes when are assigned

i have a single subdomain this is separated of a multisite and have the same problem.

It is confusing, what I would like is the role of agent supor work as secondary role when I was assigned to the vendor.

if you assign Support Agent like Primary Role and Vendor in the Secondary you can see the ticket but the problem is vendor role not work, the seller or vendors lost the role.
