Sorry, I never saw something similar.

After payment, you have to add the user in wordpress with “Student” Rol, and go to the course, at bottom in the main page (Where is located the name of the course, rate plans, etc), there is the option to add the student in this course.

Tomas you are awesome. I implemented the firs solution proposed by you because she adds new students.
