Anyone else know how to create a Splash Page? as I said I just want to remove the Page Text Block and Reply Block bellow the Slider.

Excuse my ignorance but where do I Paste the code?

Do I have to create my own Static Page.php and upload it?

Or do I paste it in an existing .php?
