The orders in-question were purchased and refunded on Dec 29th and Dec 30th, respectively

Do the “Analytics” Settings have any effect on the WooCommerce Reports option?

I’ve been using the WooCommerce > Reports feature, but the Analytics feature also gives me erroneous data about my Dec 2021 sales figures.

The Gross Sales are not reflecting that there was any initial income from (at least) two orders, but it is still showing that those orders got refunded.

Basically, the report is indicating that I’ve refunded money that I never received.

This is factually incorrect, and I have the evidence from all the past “Completed” orders for the given month.

When I add all the “completed” orders up for the month, manually, I am given a figure that is representative of the amount of money earned in the month.

When I use the “Reports” feature, two of those orders are missing entirely in the Gross Sales total.

There should be a Blue spike in the area where the refunds are given out, but instead it only shows refunds, with no initial income.

I’ve used WooCommerce and the WooCommerce Reports feature for many years and this is the first time I’ve encountered such a discrepancy in the accounting.

I want to know if I can manually fix this discrepancy.

Specifically, how I can I tell WooCommerce that these orders did generate income, rather than showing as only a refund?

I have navigated to the WooCommerce > System Status > Logs.

There are many logs, but none say they are errors.

I am using my staging server for all of the proceeding tests

I have switched to Storefront theme.

I have disabled all plugins except for WooCommerce.

I re-visited the WooCommerce Reports and checked the Dec 2021 timeframe sales.

The issue persists, and appears the same as before.

Two orders show a refund amount, but the initial sale income for those orders is not reflected.

Once I did that, the import process was able to complete for both Orders and Customers. ??

I have cleared the WP Rocket Cache.

I attempted to import the customer data again, but the same issue resulted as in prior attempts.

Thank you for that plugin suggestion.

I have installed WP Crontrol.

With the help of my server’s WP Engine tech support, I was able to remove ALL of the Pending Cron Jobs, and now there is only a single one.

The single “Pending” Scheduled Action shows a plugin called Rank Math, and that it is doing data_fetch.

With all “pending actions” mostly nullified, I attempted to run the customer data import again, via the Analytics > Settings tab.

Again, I am shown the same message as before: “Importing Customers” and a spinning ball icon.

No actual customer data or order data has been imported yet, even after an hour or so.

My tech support agent at the server-company, WP Engine, told me the following:

“The errors I could find don’t seem to be related to any cron jobs or imports, There was one for the theme and one for woo-product-slider-pro, I don’t see those error counts increasing which usually indicates they are not playing in a factor with what we are checking.”

Is there a next step that I can take?

I have the Disqus plugin currently installed. You can see it on the bottom of the Entry Cue Guide page I linked to above. It works great and it automatically replaced the standard wordpress commenting system without me needing to change anything.

My review panel has not been replaced automatically ?? . Were you able to replace the Reviews comments with Disqus on your site as you mentioned?

As far as I can tell, the “Reviews” option doesn’t allow for users to reply to each other as they could in a comments section. Additionally, my ultimate goal is to utilize Disqus commenting across the site, like you can see on this page: https://slctbld.es/entrycueguide

If i can enable standard WordPress commenting on Product Pages, the Disqus system will automatically fall into place, which is my ultimate goal.

Thoughts on this? I’ve had success with other non-product pages on my site, but so far nobody has been able to diagnose the issue with product pages.
