In reply to: [Sermon Manager] Moving live site to staging siteYou should be able to change the URL using a query in MySQL. I’ve done it for other issues. Here is a URL that I reference often:

Thank you. Yes. I should have. The site was attacked again and again. I’ve enabled the firewall and have been monitoring it. So far I’ve not had any issues working on the site. I have noticed that hidden directories on the server, such as .well-known still get malware occasionally, although the longer it is clean, the less I see that happening. I believe other sites on my hosting account (not WordPress sites) could be causing it. I’m still battling that malware issue trying to clean them daily. Overall, the free version of Wordfence is working great and I’ve installed it on my other WP sites. Now I just have to decide which site gets the premium version! I can’t thank you enough for developing this plug-in and responding to my questions. It is rare that a non-paid account receives support attention and I am truly appreciative.
Thank you for the advice. Not knowing what to do, I left it in learning mode the first night. The next morning NO MALWARE! Again this morning – none. Hallelujah! There were so many bad files and one I never would have found on my own (“client.php” within the wp-admin/includes directory). Now that those files are gone, I don’t think the program can generate the malware as it was before. I’m checking it twice a day to make sure. Knowing this, do you think it is okay to proceed in Learning Mode or do you still recommend going right into Enabled and Protecting mode?

In reply to: [Advertising Manager] Visual Editor or Text Edit Still Not ShowingI have everything up-to-date. Using WordPress 4.0.1 and just a few plug-ins:
Akismet, Google Analytics by Yoast, MailChimp & WooSidebars.I have tried using Advertising Manager on another site too with all other plug-ins deactivated and have the same issue. If it were only happening in Chrome, I’d understand. However, I’ve tried editing the site in Safari and Firefox and have the same issue. I’m on a Mac. Any ideas? I greatly appreciate your help.

In reply to: [Advertising Manager] Updating to latest visual editor not workingI too am having this issue (and have been for a few months). I’ve installed and disabled Ad Block and uBlock, but the visual editor still isn’t there. I’ve tried other browsers and have the same problem. What am I doing wrong?
I’ve been having to disable Advertising Manager, edit posts, then turn it back on in order to work on the site. Other admin users are having issues doing this (not sure what browser they use), so I hope there is a permanent fix soon.
This plug-in is great. I’ve used it (and the old version) for a long time and am happy it is being managed/updated again. Will gladly contribute $ again when it is compatible with all browsers.
