my website cannot open

it came this message
“Fatal error: Call to undefined function get_plugin_data() in /home/nAZLIN1/caradancari.com/wp-content/plugins/hikari-krumo/hikari-tools.php on line 435”
i already got the ftp client by filezilla
i assigned the website and my user and password and put the port value default 21
still cannot connect to delete the plugin folder..
please help me.
i cannot connect with the ftp client maybe because the search engine for the websit i block.
so how i can get my website again please help me urgent.tq
