I have a relatively new (not really active) site I just tested it on and noticed something related to your comment about GZip.
Caching is currently ACTIVE on https://marketingyourdestination.com, however GZip is DISABLED – and it appears to work.
HOWEVER, that being said, some of the other sites show GZip as “active” from the server (not the plugin) and have that issue, with no way easily to disable it (not that I would wish to) – the odd thing is, ALL of these sites should have active GZip as they use the same PHP version with the same options!SO… your supposition is correct as to what is causing the issue – why is another story.
FYI, it appears the same in either Mozilla or Chrome based browsers and even affects the login page.If you need temporary access to a site, I can set you a login on this one.
The first site I posted was not running any other caching plugin. Also true for this site which replicated the issue the moment I turned Caching on.
https://pyratesimage.comActually, I just checked another site https://thebelltowercommunity.org/ – same theme, mostly the same plugins (no woocommerce) and the same thing happened – although it was running a caching plugin that I neglected to disable. The first site was not.

In reply to: [WooCommerce] Recent update Breaks Menu PinningLOL…thank ye kindly.
SO…it seems I was mistaken. WooCommerce is perfectly happy (no errors).
Due to some other odd issues I was having here and elsewhere – making all WC image sizes huge (any WC site), making Formidable Forms disappear (only one site AFAIK)…I did some tinkering and discovered ALL of these issues were related in some way to LiteSpeed Cache! I was only using the plugin (not the server end) and it was causing these random issues! Now that it’s off, everything is working as it should be…and the sites are fast enough too.

In reply to: [All-In-One Security (AIOS) – Security and Firewall] Rename Login – 404Brilliant – that’s what it was. “Custom” permalink seems to be the default lately, switched it back to ‘posts’ where it should be and everything works as expected! Thank ye.

In reply to: [WooCommerce] Product images not conforming to size/columnsBTW, thanks for the tip on the Health Check tool – quite useful!

In reply to: [WooCommerce] Product images not conforming to size/columnsCheers, Andrew – it appears it may be some sort of theme conflict (though Weaver X is supposed to be fully compatible). Are you aware of any way to correct the problem?

In reply to: [WooCommerce] Product images not conforming to size/columnsI have screenshots, but don’t see an option to include them here…
SO…you’re telling me that the ‘free’ version of your plugin will only create a single button – with a single price – for an entire website? That essentially makes the free version useless to almost anyone (unless they sell one item/service only).
I was trying to avoid using WooCommerce for the sake of a couple of payment buttons…guess the ‘competitors’ are still the only embeddable choice.Forum: Plugins
In reply to: [WP SEO Plugin Optimizer] WP Dashboard ‘squished’Sounds like some progress! Server is running PHP 5.6.19, MySQL 5.5.52 on an Apache/nginx hybrid (RHEL 5.11).
As for the Keyword Optimizer, there is definitely data for Google to provide. While the site we’re testing on may not, other sites I’ve tested have more than enough (they’ve been running for years).
I have installed the pre-release plugin – and it works! After a scan and rule creation, the plugin dashboard works as it should – tabs are clickable, information is properly displayed, no loose code or footer anomalies! Well done! I have tested on the test site and one live site with equal results!
It does still have the squishing problem, though keeping the widget off prevents it in the WP Dashboard…it does still do it in it’s own dashboard, but only by compressing the WP menu to the right (not a horrible issue, really – still very useable…some folks may not notice).Forum: Plugins
In reply to: [WP SEO Plugin Optimizer] WP Dashboard ‘squished’Just noticed something else – after rules are set in the plugin optimizer, they seems to stick, even after disabling the plugin – which is good…however, the dashboard for the plugin optimizer is then stuck, in that I can click any of the tabs. It LOOKS ok, and the performance graphs refresh, but that’s all (and the same problem with loose code continues – with the WP core footer in the middle of the page).

In reply to: [WP SEO Plugin Optimizer] WP Dashboard ‘squished’Actually, both plugins display this behaviour (less noticeable in the plugin optimizer).
The “update manually” button looks like it’s working, but after a moment, the page reloads and nothing happens.
Checked in both Chrome, Opera, Firefox browsers.

In reply to: [WP SEO Plugin Optimizer] WP Dashboard ‘squished’Current update of WP SEO Plugin Optimizer seems to work fine (with the default of dashboard widget deactivated).
Keyword Optimizer still has loose code and the moved footer issue – it is NOT displaying any data – using manual update.

In reply to: [WP SEO Plugin Optimizer] WP Dashboard ‘squished’The plugin dashboard also moves the WP Core Footer into the middle of the page

In reply to: [WP SEO Plugin Optimizer] WP Dashboard ‘squished’FYI, I just tried installing your other plugin (WP SEO Keyword Optimizer) and noticed something I also noticed in the Plugin Optimizer…loose code showing on the page.

At the top (in this case) in the Plugin Opt. it was on the Dashboard near the plugin’s display.
