found the conflict, its conflicting with ultimate member recaptcha plugin

it redirects within 2 seconds approx , the only thing I can think of is google captcha that is installed, nothing else.

I am not seeing define(‘TWO_FACTOR_DISABLE’, true); anywhere in my wp-config , i am adding screenshot of console , don’t see an error just a warning .

Thank you,seems the issue was with cache plugin not updating the popup.

ahh seems it works once pincode is added, that clears a lot of confusion, let me test it. Many thanks

most welcome, it was an honest review. Most other plugins block even the basic features stuck behind pay wall.

its definitely a caching plugin , after I switched off the caching plugin it went away. Was using autopmize
