I tried a standard pdf file (100.9 mb) for an ebook and it shows the file is too large. It’s only 10 pages. What do I do? The standard pdf was the smallest size available on the design site I am using…

What are examples of a sample product?

Is it the Download ID upload file for customer automatic downloads? I wanted to upload an ebook file.

Do I need to add & save the product page to my category menu (toolbar)? Since this product page needs to be visible, how does that work?

Well, I can’t really do all that & mess up my website. However, I did deactivate all the other newsletter plugins like Mailchimp, for example. I don’t see why this plugin would be in conflict with anything else…

Thanks, that is great. Mailchimp is really too complicated for me and this sounds much easier!

If you can give further instructions on how to initiate setup and do the above I mentioned, that would be helpful. My main things are a landing page, autoresponder with freebie download, & new pop up.

Lastly, when I clicked on the plugin, it isn’t loading…It is just a blank screen with a root.jackmail_message error? Then, the mouse just shows a watch icon as in loading…

What are the other possible issues? As I said, I did not add any new plugins and they are all up to date…

If i do the separate categories, I believe they all still publish to the homepage. Whether i select a category (page) or subcategory, they all still show up on my homepage…
