The above CSS worked for me for the top bar, but I have now added a pop-up as well and the main navigation is no longer viewable after user “X” out of pop-up and “x” out of top bar. Is there additional css for this? Thank you.

Help please. Having the same issue https://www.capitalcamps.org. Top menu bar is no longer visible when notification bar is on. Thank you.
