I will open a support ticket on Squirrly for the analytic case.

Meanwhile, I think there another problem with duplicate js not linked to analytics.
In my case, this amp-social-share and other js are duplicated.
Maybe this is due to recent 2.1 update of AMP Plugin.
I let you check again the url that I have provided.

Adding /wp-content/plugins/ml-slider to “Exclude JavaScript from processing” solve my problem too.
Wpoptimize Team, maybe consider to add this plugin in “Default exclusions” section.

Still the same problem with gutenberg 4.1.1 and latest release of hueman pro theme 1.1.5.
I need to add the css to get rid off the bug.

I have made a very quick modification on css.
I change

.video-container iframe, .video-container object, .video-container video {
    position: absolute;
    top: 0;
    left: 0;
    width: 100%;
    height: 100%;
}

to

.video-container iframe, .video-container object, .video-container video {
    position: inherit;
    height: 320px;
    width: 640px;

}

If cache is disabled infinite scroll works well.
I don’t find anything on this kind of issue.

Sorry, I can’t provide you a link to troubleshoot this issue.
The problem occurs in theme customization page and you need to be on admin mode.
maybe you can reproduce with a fresh install of a wordpress with WTR and hueman theme (+ hueman addons) activate on it.

Maybe you can check in Google Tag Manager if you can use analytics.js
