Many thanks for the reply. This has been happening pretty consistently (Security Check Pro gets turned off, File Change gets turned on) in all the sites I am updating (I update 300+ sites per month). All of them have had iThemes installed for a long time.

We actually stopped receiving the “not found” error but I tried manually scanning a couple of the sites and I continually am getting the “Error Code: rate_limit_exceeded” now, even after waiting for the prescribed number of seconds.

Deleting and re-adding the licence seems to have done the trick – thanks!

This seems to have resolved itself as of today – will keep an eye on our sites though (we have over 200 with the plugin installed).
