It was not due to the wordpress version that the feedback messages were not displayed.

If the AJAX option is not enabled, then the “Login | Registration Form” widget will not be able to display these messages (as I was told by your very friendly and helpful support). What a bummer.

To enable the AJAX feature you have to buy the plugin first. So it would be nice if you point it out in the description or something. At least how to enable these feedback messages through AJAX – took me a week to figure this out..

I tested the plugin via the recommended WP staging plugin and everything was fine (as expected after your reply) ??

I can say that (in my case) the plugin works with WP 6.0.1 and Astra Theme! ??
