Hi,
It is all back in order in regards to the credit and debit card section on the site. But we keep having customers who are unable to pay in this section.

We have had customers hoping to purchase document folders, wallets, trees, and it is not going through.
They put in all the necessary details and credit card details click on buy now after which the message comes up as explained before. When we click on try again and put all in the information for payment again, the same thing happens. A few people have been able to pay via credit and debit card but it isn’t consistant…

No, I tried yesterday to maybe un set the PayPal checkout in the payment settings of woocommerce and reset up yesterday evening but now the debit and credit card options has disappeared. Please can you assist?
I am losing customers every minute this down…

Hi,

Customers are able to proceed to check out. Once entering all the card details and pressing the “buy now” button, this message shows up.
“We’re sorry, something seems to have gone wrong. We’ll take you back to the checkout so you can try again.” Underwhich there is a “Try again” button. Sadly when you try again, the same thing shows up… I am loosing so many customers! Do you know what the issue might be ?
