To add, I am not sure if this is the cause of the issue. However the plugin was working fine until the site was updated to wordpress 6.2
The plugin works perfectly on my other site that uses an earlier version of WP

Hello, if anyone else is having this problem it’s probably because your theme is missing the following line from the functions.php file.

add_theme_support( 'woocommerce' );
