We are using short code. i just deleted and reinstalled the pluggin and the data, the issue really seems to be there onle when i add the [description limit=”15″] to the calander, if i take that out it does not repeat event info
Have done, no changes at all during that process!

In reply to: [Simple Calendar - Google Calendar Plugin] limit length of description?sorry, just circling back to this.
adding that text didn’t seem to work, we have:
“[title]
[when]
[location]
[description limit=”15″]
[description][link newwindow=”yes”]See more details[/link]”
seems to still be full description
nevermind. found it, fixed it. thanks!!!
That fixed the text!! Looks great. I don’t see the always enqueue option under advanced or anywhere in the new pluggin version, I remember that option from the previous version, but now I don’t see it there?
Hey Nick!
Yes that issue was resolved. However, I have two more minor ones. because of our site design, and text colors the text inside bubbles on grid view is white on white. How can I either change the text to black or the bubble to black? if css, i can add the code directly to my page with this theme but I don’t know what code to target.
https://campuswheelworks.com/ccc-grid-calander/also on the list view the next and back buttons are maybe malfunctioning? they dont look like arrows but little boxes:

If I can manage to get it to look like your site I will be very happy, that looks great.
yes! the issue has been fixed with the new update!
what is you opinion on just reinstalling wordpress and theme (keeping content) on current site?
and in that process we did a find and replace on all items that needed to be updated to the new directory including serialization
i think it was broken before we cahnged that code though, it was broken as soon as we changed the directory from campuswheelworks.com/wordpress2.26.15 to simply campuswheelworks.com
yes running latest version. the code was related to the database. i think in htaccess.
i deactivated every other pluggin and tried with current and default theme, same issue. looks same as the problem version.
https://www.campuswheelworks.com you can see there for yourself
when i do a live preview after instal of both 2014 and 2015 it has the same issue. i didn’t instal any new apps recently. i think we changed one line of code, getting the info on what that was, but i dont remember it being anywhere that could cause conflict.
I was using the same version of the pluggin before, I was also using the same version of WP, and the same theme. I’ll try the theme switch to see.
more info: I’m only using the shortcode.
