Thank you! I was under the impression that when a customer clicked the listed category, the products in that category would appear. Instead the product categories are just appearing no matter what category is chosen? No products are being shown.

I followed the troubleshooting steps (deactivated all plugins except CusRev and Woocommerce) but still the Add a review button is not working. Any other solutions?

I deactivated CusRev plugin, and now it seems to be working. So not sure what is going on with the plugin, or I guess why I would need it.

I followed what you said and there is now an ‘Add a review’ button, however when I click on it nothing happens.

Thanks but I’m still having trouble uploading the screenshot here. Lightshot gave me a URL link but when I paste it when adding an image it says ‘This image has an empty alt attribute’. Is there an email I can send the screenshot to?

Basically for shipping zones I have 2: Everywhere and Canada. The regions are the same (everywhere and Canada) and the shipping methods for both are Canada Post, Free Shipping
