I did and unfortunately it seems no one is willing to help through that method. I got a reply saying that the option to align the second line is not available and asked me to instead regenerate the CSS on my Wordprress dashboard and clear my cache (none of these “solutions” clearly solves the issue) It’s like the person didn’t even care to read my actual issue. I’m trying to find support if there is an alternative like a CSS hack I can implement to get this solved.

Thank you for the reply, Prosenjit. I performed a health check and troubleshoot the plugins, unfortunately it seems to be a conflict between elementskit and our theme. The theme is custom so not sure what I can do or what could be interfering. Any suggestions on anything in particular I should look for?

I did reach to memmbermouse support and this is what they told me ” It seems their plugin may be loading an old version of Jquery or possibly not loading jquery-ui.js as commonly required.” but refer me back to you for a solution since like you said it seems there is a problem.

Please let me know if your team has any further insight. I would hate to have to switch to another testimonial plugin as we love Strong Testimonials

Thanks but I submitted a ticket last Friday and still haven’t heard back even though Im a premium member. Im very disappointed with all the bugs I seem to be encountering and no solution

It still doesnt work I will open a support ticket. Also when I edit a member and change the group they are in, update it, that change isn’t reflected in the team generator view, even though it is saved in the member’s profile. I have to delete the member and create it all over again for it to show with the new groups. Is there a fix for that?

Thanks for the quick reply. I checked under plugins and also on the dashboard (check again) for updates and nothing pops up. I have the PRO version, is there somewhere I can download the zip folder? when I go to the website, I dont remember creating a login when I made the purchase
