@adrian2k7 – I am also using the Avada theme. Did you experience the absence of the wordpress header, footer and navigation on the Account page? Also I tried switching the pages in settings and that didn’t work for me. Thank you in advance!

And I forgot to add that I deactivated my theme and tried the others, 2015, 2016 and still that one page is blank. Thank you!
Hello, all my pages work fine except the /account/ page is completely blank. Even the wp-admin bar is gone only on this page. I added the css code, but that still doesn’t work. I also updated the plugin and that didn’t make a difference. Please help. Also, I just noticed this page only has the shortcode [ultimatemember_account] instead of the other pages that have a form ID number.
