Spotted this issue straightaway on all websites listed with SEMrush. Glad that they admitted its them not me/us. However no solution as yet.

I found it was something different. After an update of several plugins. Autoptomize stopped the display of woocommerce product images. I found within the plugin it was ‘Aggregate JS files’ which stopped the images displaying in Chrome, iOS; however displayed fine in FF on W7.

Thanks for getting back to me. But nothing stated that the filter settings were not active in the Free version. The description that you have highlighted does not make that clear at all.

Least I now know. Will roll back.

I Noticed it. Quite a shift in serps on google when enabled ithemes. currently have the 404 detection disabled as a workaround.

The only thing I can think is delete iThemes and do all the security patches it lists via other means. I’ve yet to do this but certainly thinking along these lines.

Turned out it was woothemes brands plugin which caused the problem. Unfortunately I’ve had to disable BRANDS to get around it.

I’m still running 0.5.1 which runs fine even with WC2.6 or so it seems bar other non related problems. Recently tried to update too 1.0.1 and its still missing and that’s with woo’s own superstore theme.

What a bloody nightmare of a plugin. Forced to move from SkyVerge PayPal Express payment gateway which worked perfect, to this crock of crap. Cannot get it to work, got no installation instructions beyond a glowing write up. Awaiting an answer from woothemes, but from other threads about this plugin; I think i’ll be giving up shortly and moving on.

Since the update its gone. It no longer is in the WC/Products/Display section where it has been up to the update. No means of configuring. No idea where it is, tried reloading the current version and no luck. When deleting its asking to delete info, so the plugin seems to bind properly, but its not display any options.

I’ve rolled back to version 0.5.1 least it works!

I’ll check back in a while to see if the update is up and running properly.

Thanks for figuring this out. Worked a treat. Done it before on a different server no issues. This time – bit of a nightmare!

That’s the crux.

If WordPress is loaded up by SIM, software installation manager on a dedicated server, then it he core can only be updated automatically via the SIM. However I did not know this and started manually upgrading the core. The problem is the manual upgrade is a very timely process as the server is in the states, and I in the UK.

For clarity, the host modified the scripts to stop WP core automatically update outside the SIM so they can make sure it won’t corrupt the server, etc. Plugins, themes update no problems.

Hence I’ve built quite a large site and would like to get the core update back to automatic rather than manual.
