Ok, that is clear. I am doing that now.

The problem is that “List-Unsubscribe-Post” option comes first, specially on mobile devices, they never see the unsubscribe option in the newsletter.

At least, is it possible to send the “Goodbye” email when I change the status in the “newsletter_users_edit” page?

Please note that version 8.5.0 has been removed from WP.

I was going to try this Marketplace option when I found out.

Probably they are going to release a higher version soon.

For now, I rolled back to 2.2.0.

It is resolved now, with one of the latests updated, I don’t know which one… but it is working, in both sites

it was agreed with @mplusb to leave this tread open, maybe someone comes with a solution …

hum, interesting maybe disabling cache of the login page?

I came to this topic 4 months ago… and really it has happened again a couple of times… randomly.

My solution was to disable the plugin by renaming its directory, login in and then restoring the plugin, but this is a NO-NO solution.

Just sharing…

I am not a programmer, but I am a good troubleshooter. Some times they take 2 or 3 days to answer, maybe just a hint is enough to get you on track.

In seven years using this platform, I was never rejected this way. I am still in shock.

I my opinion, some basic support should be owed, because plugin authors get a tremendous visibility by showcasing their products in this site, like no other. They receive a great number of customers from here.

It is your option to provide or not support, but the issue it is not resolved, so please keep it that way.

I searched your KB, there is no topic than can be related to this issue.

I have a free plan, so I changed the page rule from “Cache Everything” to “Bypass Cache”… after 24 hours I can say it is running MUCH BETTER… It is clearly a big mistake to have two caches working together.

In the previous troubleshooting I switched to “Advanced” preset, which includes your recommendation. Now I have to start pushing up options, to up to where I can go.
