  • I have sent the email you requested from the address that we signed up with and with our URL.

I also sent the email our subscribers are receiving from you. It is a “Notifications” email showing people that have “joined our community” however, these are not people that are in our organization so I am now concern we have people subscribing that we don’t want. Do I now also need to edit the code in the subscribe2.php plugin? If so please let me know which lines to modify (since my line 88 is different as I had to make some previous modifications).

I had previously checked every setting possible in my account and disabled all. I also deleted the readygraph-extension.php today after reading the above thread, which still resided on my FTP site even after I deactivated and deleted the plugin.

Please confirm that my subscribers will no longer receive any emails from you or any other third party.

    Thank you!

I am really disappointed with this as well as the Subscribe2 plugin. I deleted the Readygraph plugin and deactivated it on my site, and also disabled everything on the readygraph site, but did not find a way to delete my account (and email list) all together. Despite doing this, Readygraph is still emailing me and all of my constituents! With “notifications” of random people that have “joined our community”. This is unacceptable. It has caused a huge problem because now our constituents think our database has been hacked. Am hoping Maphorn’s instructions above will work. Very unethical in my opinion. I need to know that my constituents emails have been completely deleted and not given to any other party for use.

Don’t install this whatever you do! Poor decision on the part of both WordPress and Subscribe2 to allow this.

Exactly Jason. I have the subject I want entered in the Templates section, but it seems this bug in the most recent update is overriding it and using the “Every Week Seconds” as the subject line INSTEAD of what I have entered in the Templates settings.

Jason they are actually very related because if you send a weekly digest email it uses the “Every Week Seconds” setting description on the settings page that you are referencing above, as the subject line of the digest email. The problem appears to a bit bigger than a simple typo on a settings page. It is visible to subscribers. Sorry if I wasn’t more clear.

Is there a way to custom edit the subject line on the digest in the free plugin? When will the next update occur? Our blog digests can not go out to our members this way.

I’m having the same issue. It happened after I upgraded the plugin but had not activated ReadyGraph yet.
