Me too, I cannot find Advance Options after the redirect section.
Sections which could be found right after the redirect section are:
Style: (form 1)
…
Fields: (form 1)
…
Tooltips: (form 1)
…
Errors: (form 1)
.
.

Restore Settings which is the last section
Version: 2.9.8 (latest version)

Do I miss something ?
